Newell; account Mr Armstrong, his nenrly new residence, together with about 2J acres of land, Harewood road, Pnpanui, to Miss Richardson; account Mr Midgley, his superior bungalow residence. Fendalton, to a client, halfacre block of land Garland's road, Opnwa. to Mr Alesander; account Mr Walkor. residential property, Radley road, Woolsfcon, to Mr Chnrlesworth; also by public auction, account Mr C. Howell, 6 acres with homestead and buildings thereon, Burwood, to Mr Waldron: also having held a successful clearing sale on account Mr McKenzie, at his residence. Lancaster street; account trustees lato Mr A. Moore; clearing salo of dairy cows, pigs. .xX) head poultry, 90 hives bees, furniture and effects 'at Woodend, when there was a largo attendance of buyers.
