Howell, 6 acres with homestead and buildings thereon, Burwood, to Mr Waldron: also having held a successful clearing sale on account Mr McKenzie, at his residence. Lancaster street; account trustees lato Mr A. Moore; clearing salo of dairy cows, pigs. .xX) head poultry, 90 hives bees, furniture and effects 'at Woodend, when there was a largo attendance of buyers.
