Miss Marie Baines will definitely make her debut in New Zealand at tlio Theatre "Royal on Monday night. Tho English comedienne will . arrive in Christchurch to-day with her company, and will produce "Miss "Lancashire, Limited." Tho piece has been substantially revised since last it was produced here, and room has been mado in it for several specialties in which Miss Baines is admitted to exoel, tho chief of them being her child impersonations, her mimicry or dramatic stars, and her dialectical words. Sho has a "budget of new topical songs for the delectation of her audience, and included in tho company aro several comedians who have earned distinction on the English stago along similar lines. Tho box plan is open at tho Dresden.
