ANGLO-AMERICAN ARBITRATION. United Press Arsociation—By Electria Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, December 13. Great disorder marked the Carnegie Hall arbitration meeting. The police were called in, and many ejections were made. The disturbances were due to Irish interrupters, anxious to prevent the •oassing of the Anglo-American arbitra-r tion treaty.
