Mr Winston Churchill, First Lord of the- Admiralty, replying to Mr Hunt, Unionist member for Ludlow, said that the supply in the Navy of service ammunition was never below 98 per cent, of the full outfit, or the coal bflow two-thirds of the full supply. The fleet was at all times ready for action.
