Munro, the defeated candidate for Dunedin West, writes: —"I am informed that some of 31r Millar'a committee are canvassing the electors of Dunedin West, with tlie story that I am going to do all I possibly can to get the Minister returned on the second ballot, and that I promised Mr Millar to that effect.
