GREAT BRITAIN'S POLICY.. . United Press Association—By Electrio Copyright. LONDON, December 8. In tho House of Lords, Viscount Morley, replying to Lord Curzon respecting Persia, said that the Imperial Government's policy was to maintain tho Ang'o-Russian Convention, mediate benevolently, and if Britain and Russia Kept together, be believed they would soon see a solution. Russia had no intention of supporting the ex-Shah, and Sir Edward Grey had warned Russia that it was impossible for Britain under any circumstances to recognise him. AN APPEAITrO AMERICA.
