,' (Received December 10th, 5.5 .p.m.) BOMBAY, December .9. Their ■ Majestys , State ontry into Delhi was celebrated at -the sacred city of Benares. Their portraits were borne,, in a howdah on ' an elephants's j back, followed by a procession a mile lin length, including elephants, camels, infantry, cavalry, artillery, school children, and carriages tilled with rich folk.
