LONDON. July 31. The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Bishop of London, and , others, have issued an appeal for subscriptions in aid of 25,000 etarving Albanians, including 10,000 refugees in Montenegro. Nearly the wholo of the Christian population of Northern Albania will roquiro assistanco during the winter, as, owing to the revolt, the crops were not eoivn, and tho flocks have either died of foot-and-mouth disease or been eaten.
