(Beforo Messrs C. Ferrier, J.P., and F. W. Anderson, J.P.) John McConville was charged that having, on February Bth, at. Carterton, ordered liquor to be sent into the Nolicense district of Masterton, he failed to give the person to whom tho order iwas" given a statement: in writing of his name and address. On the application of Sergeant Ryan, accused was remanded to appear at Masterton on Friday, 19th inst.
