BARRY'S BAY

The Barry's Bay Cheese Factory is at present making more cheese than was made during September, October and November, the recognised best milking term of the dairying industry. Although not as much milk is .received, it is much richer in butterfat, and about 35 large 501b cheese are being made daily. Grass, owing* to the November rain, has been more nourishing, and during December and the beginning of this month the difference in the dairying returns has been very noticeable. All the factories report a better output than they experienced at the beginning of the season.
