MINING RETURNS

(SPECIAL TO 'THE TRESS.' ) GREYMOUTH, December 6. Tho following raining returns for November are reported :— Progress Mines of New Zealand crushed 4426 tons, yielding 8620z sdwt of gold valued at £3540 14s, and cyanided 2500 tons yieldin" 2330z 12dwt, valued at £703 14s sd. Sulphurets produced are estimated to be of a value of £762. * Wealth of Nations crushed 1656 tons, yielding 554c7. sdwt, of a value of £2412 9s 3d, and cyanided 1232 tons, yielding 3200z lodwt, valued at £1089 -Is 4d." Blackwater mines crushed 3556 tons, yielding 17210z sdwt, of a value of £7065 15s 3d, and cyanided 2079 tons, yielding 2520z 16dwt, of a value of £834 4s 9d.
