LITTLE RIVER.
Messrs H. Matson and Company held their December 6ale at Little River yards yesterday. There was a fair entry of stock, comprising 1300 sheen and 100 head of cattle, most of which were disposed of at auction, and prices obtained were nuite up to current rnios. Following were the urices :— Shorn fat ewes from lis 4d to 14s 7d ; shorn fat and forward wethers, from 13s 9d to Its 9d ; shorn two-tooth wethers, -»t 8s 5(1; fat cows, from £4 5s to £6 7s 6d; forward steers, to £5 ss: 18----month?, old cattle, £3 10s: yearlings, from ,£2 7s 6d; 6oringers. from £5 +o £7 15s: dry from £2 10<: to £4 15s: bulls, from £2 5s to £3 los.
