There was a good attendance at thc sales yesterday. In the live stock yards the entry was 2500 sheep, of which 1000 were fat. and 100 fat lambs, 100 cuttle, and 100 pigs. Prices were: — Fat lambs 12s fxl to 15s Od, a very prime lino 10s 3d, shorn fat ewes 12s (3d to 15s (id, fat wethers 13s Od to 18s, six and eight-tooth unshorn ewes with lambs 10s lOd, shorn ewes with lambs 9 S 2d, shorn merino ewes and lambs -?s Od, unshorn merino ewes and lambs Bs, shorn wether hoggets lis 9d, four and six-tooth ewes 12,s 2d. Cattle —Fat steers £7 10s to £8 15s, fat cows £6 to £7 15s, two-year-old heifers £3 10s to £1 10s, 15 to 18-month cattle £2 15s to £3'os, yearlings £2 to £2 12s (id, springers £6 to £9, old cows £1 10s to £3 1( . calves 7s 6d to 20s. Pigs—Baconors 40s to 455, porkers 20s to 28s, stores 12s to 18s, small pigs 2s 6d to 7s 6d.

In the produce yards heavy sheepskins 8s 9d, medium 7s, lighter 4s Od; merino skins 4s 6d, pelts lOd, calfskin.-* Is 6d, hides „ lb, halfbred wool 3d, merino wool Bd, dead wool oid, hlack wool 4d, locks 4d, fat 1_ . Poultry--Boosters lis per couple, hens 3s Od, ducks Is.
