DEMANDS OF THE GERMAN SYNDICATE.

Tho "Daily Telegraphs" Berlin correspondent says that the German syndicate is asking Turkey to pay 6 per cent, for a temporary advance, not exceeding £1,000,000. The operation merely amounts to a renewal of Turkish notes for the benefit of German manufacturers, to whom Turkey is heavily indebted. CONSTANTINOPLE, October 27. Besides the Austro-German offers, English and Anglo ; American syndicates aro offering loans.
