DR. HENRY'S MISSION

At a meeting of the Dr. Henry Mission Committee yesterday afternoon, final arangements were com. pleted for the series of local meetings! It had been decided that, owing to His Majsty's having been surrendered t-j the Musical Union for Monday and Tuesday nights, the Choral Hall should bo secured, but the growing interest in tho mission mado it apparent that the Chora! Hall would be too small tor Monday and Tuesday nights' meetings, and it has been decided to accent the offer of Brigadier Albiston, of tho Salvation Army Hall, for those two evenings. Arrangements are being mado to obtain tho Durham street Method-'st Church for overflow meeting.. The mission commences on Sunday, at 3 p.m. A choir of 200 rci*.*.... was expected to assist, but indica-ions point to far more than that number being available.

The following telegram hat* beeu received by the local committee from the secretary of the Auckland committee:--"Magnificent close to the mission ; 1250 professions. Procession of 4000 marched to station to bid farewell to missioners. General opinion is that th*. mission has been the most wonderful religious movement in the history ->f the city."

Dr. Henry will arrive on Saturday morning, and be welcomed at a reception in the V.M.C.A. rooms in tho afternoon.
