FRENCH-CANADIAN PARTY ADVOCATED. United Press Association— By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 26. Mr Blondin, Conservative member for Champlain, in a speech advocated the formation of a French-Canadian party on the pattern of Mr Redmond's party at Westminster. He supported tho naval policy of Mr F. D. Monk. leader of the Quebec section of the Opposition, and believed that the suggested party would eventually hold the balance of power. The Toronto correspondent of "The Times'' states that groups such as Mr Blondin suggest" are <t probable development of Canadian politics in the rear future.
