United Preaa Electric Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, January 30. A terrific cyclone created havoc estimated at £15,000 at Brewarrina on Friday evening. The telegraph lines, which were interrupted, are now Tcstorod, but details are meagre. No lives are reported as haring been lost, but every boilding suffered more or lesa damage. Six inches of rain fell in an hour and a half, and a flood is feared. An enormous quantity of "hail fell, and thousands of birds killed by tho hail are strewn about the streets.
