The report of the Assembly's Committee recommends an advance of one ho"ur in the time from October Ist, the time to be put back an hour on. March Ist. The Governor is recommended to ask Now South Wales and South Australin to introduce similar legislation. If these Statce refuse the committee considers Victoria should act independently.
