(TRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGEAM.) WELLINGTON, December 2. The second local -wool sales by Wellington brokers take place to-morrow. The offering will amount to over 11,000 bales. The offerings at the December sales of last year «mounte<_ to 7250 bales, and there is thus an increase for this December sale of 3800 bales. There was an offering of 2500 bales a£ <the last November sales, as against 1100 bales for the previous November.
