CREW OF THE CAMBUSDOON.
VESSEL. AWAITING FAIR WIND. A litUo procession, consisting of five sailors and threo policmoen. set out from Lyttelton Gaol shortly before 9 o'clock yesterday morning. The- sailors belonged to the Jambusdoon, and in terms of t.ho sentence passed on them last week, they were being put on board their ship under custody. The party wont out in- the launch to the Cam-b-Jsdoon, on board of which they were handed over to' the. char go of Captain Howes, who released them, ar.d sent them tc tbo forecastle.
Captain Howes came ashore shortly afterwards, and stated ihst lie had decided to wait until the nurth-enet gale and sea had modsratecl, and that be intended to go t6 be»- with the first lair *md.
