ANOTHER INSPECTOR SUSPENDED. A CASE AT NEWCASTLE. United Press Association—By Klectrio Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, March 17. Another city inspector has been suspended for alleged neglect of duty in connection with the outbreak of plague. A rat-catcher at Newcastle has developed a suspicious illness. He arrived a few days since from Sydney, where he was engaged in rat-catching at Wearne's flour-mill.
