Ransley, the one-armed' cyclist,, led tho whole of the way to within eightmiles of homo, and would undoubtedly hove won had ho not been taken. . ill ten miles tho winning post. Robinson and Lareombe put up a fine finish, tho former winning hy three lengths in 6hr 47min. Lareombe; put' up fastest time, establishing a record, 6hr 3omin. SGsoc. The New Zealand I riders did not show -up prominently. ,
