The second reading was agreed to on the voices.
SECRET COMMISSIONS
The PRIME MINISTER moved the second readring of fee Secret Commissions Bill, and said it arose out of a recommendation of tifoo grand jury in Wellington last year, after a case of embezzlement in a piiiblric institution.
The second reading was agreed to on thei voices, and the Bill was referred to tho Industries and Conrmerco Committee.
