MAGISTRATE'S COURT

Mr H. W. Bishop. S.M., presided at the Ma_i_-r_te's Court yesterday. Annie Eraser, a third offender, for drunkenness, was sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment with hard labour. Robert Hughes was charged with being drank while in cha-rge of a horse and trap. Tozer. Wm. Harne (Mr Hunt). 16 years of age, was charged with having stolen a quantity of rubber and a number of teeth, valued at £3, the property of Dr. Pritchard Jones.
