At a mass meeting of Toralba miners, held last night, Mr 'Mcttiiuame, actingpresident of the Miners' Federation, plainly told the men that tho Federation was simply not im a position to fight just now, and that they were not in the position, they were in o couple of months ago. If they wore, tho whoJo coal trade of New South Wales might soon be dislocated. Tho result of the meeting would seem to indicate thot tho Court will now bo able to continue ite career unchecked. (Received January 9th, 9.18 p.m.) All tho Teralba collieries are working to-day.
