Wellington—Wind, S.SJL, fresh; barometer, 30.17; thermometer, 62; weather fine. Kaikoura—Wind, S.E., light; barometer. 30.17: thermometer, G2; weather gioomy, sea smooth. Bluff—Wind, south, light; barometer, 30.16; thermometer, 58; weather fine. Captain Edwin's weather forecast to the 14th inel ia as foHowE;—Moderate to strong winds from tho southward, probably chansir.fr toward east at most plaoea to the northward of East Cape. Tanpo, and Raglan, but moderate to strong, and principally from tho westward, elsewhere probably changing to strong to gale from tho northward about noon on tho 12th.
