Amu Ire routed Society of R«ihvay cjerv-jit-s complain of the London and North-Wcfetorn Company taking a 'be-Hot cf their employees as to whether they are willing that, tho Company should bear the _ whole, cost of the Conciliation Boards and Arbitration proceedings under the new scheme, instead of the Company and employees sharing the cost. Mr Bell declares that thia is a violation of tho spirit of the agreement, and a transparent attempt to pack tho Conciliation Boards with non-union men.
