VERY SEVERE FROBTS.
ICE FATALITIES.
United Prose Association—By Eicctric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received January <>th, 10.38 p.m.) LONDON, January 6. The upper reaches of the Thames are frozen over, and very severe frosts prevail over the whole of England and Ireland. Skating is general, ami there have been twelve ice fatalities. Several more men have boon frozen to death.
