LONDON, December 30.
Tho Moderates attending the Indian National Congress have Appealed to Lord Elgin, to intervene on behalf of the Indians in the Transvaal.
Mr Gandhi, the Indian barrister, has been ordered to quit the Transvaal in 4S hours. Eight others have been ordered to leave by the 7th. All have decided to await arrest and take legal opinion jis to their position with a view td appealing.
