The Council resumed at 2.30 p.m. FINAL STAGES. The Railways Authorisation Bill, the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Bill, the Landless Nativee Bill, the Shops and Offices Act Amendment Bill, and the AVnter Supply Act Amendment Bill wore put through their final stages.
