Syvret, who pleaded guilty to procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order, was fined £5. Patrick Butler, for a similar offence, was fined 20s and costs, in default one week's imprisonment. For entering licensed premises during the currency nf an order be was fined 20s; in default one week's imprisonment. Donald Mathieeon was fined 40s and costs for procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order. Andrew Fraser and Peter Tait pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to quit licensed premises when requested to do so by the licensee. They were each £ned 20s and costs, in default one month's imprisonment. Joseph Williams was ordered to contribute 8s a week towards the support of his mother, Elizabeth Smith WiJliams.
