The new Norddotitsoher Lloyd steamer Kronpriniessin Cecilie, which has been under construction at the Vulcan Company's yards, Stettin, during the last two years left on her maiden trip to New York on the 7th inst. It was expected that she would attain a speed of 24 knots. She is of 50000 tons, and her hone-power 45.000. developed by 'our independent sets of quad-ruple-expansion engines, on a consumption of 700 tons of coal a day. Mr Alfred H.
