I don't think it is necessary -to have all tho charges read. 'Mr Johnston: I appear for the ac-cust-d, your Worship, and esk for bail. . The Magistrate: You have no objection, Mr btringer ? Mr Stringer: No, your Worship. The Magistrate: Very Veil, 1 will allow bail, himself in £100 and one surety of £100 or two in £50. Mclntyro -was subsequently released on bail. The following further charges are to bo preferred against Mclntyre: — Stealing £35, Exhibition moneys, on Decembor 3rd, 190G; £'12 on October 27th, 1906; £19 10s on November 21st; obtaining £5 on April 9th, 190", by false pretences from Frank A. Cook; on April 9th, obtaining £7 fromAitken and Roberts by false pretences.
