LORD MILNER ATTACKS THE HOME GOVERNMENT.
United Press Aeeoci»tion—By Electric, Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, August 28. In the House of Lords, Lord Milner accused the Government of siding with the Boers against the British. The five million loan had been raised to cover the defects of a thoroughly bad and euicidal policy of meddling and interference in affairs which ought to have been left to the Transvaal Government.
