Mince the visit of the Hon, J. A. Millar, Minister for Marine, to Auckland, there has been ronewed conhdenee in the scow claw of vessel. While in Auckland Mr Millar, after personal inspection and enquiry, stated that ho was perfectly Mitisficd 11s to tho safety of scows, and that his opinion of them had been decidedly altered.
