A BOMB OUTRAGE
(Received July Bth, 9.18 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, July 8. A number of bombs were thrown at a military train on tho Warsaw-St. Petersburg line, conveying the Volhy-jii-ij Guards to Tsarskoeselo. The carriages kept the rails, though the permanent way was much damaged.
