COALGATE.
At tho 'Coalgate market on Friday tho yarding of sheop consisted of about 1800, the bulk being in tho storo pens, and chiefly wethers, with a few odd lots of ewes in lamb, all in low condition, and a small lino of hoggets. In the fat pons there were about 350, mostly hoggets, and the rest fat crossbrod ewes and wethers in small odd lots. Tho hoggets were only good stores. There was a limited attendance, and only a very littlo businees was done at auction. Sales made were as follow:— Fat crossbred ewes 16s to 17s, fat merino wethers 13s 9d to 15s Bd, hoggets 15s, ewe hoggete lGe Id, crossbred ewes in lamb (mixed ages) 17s Id, aged 14s Bd, aged merino owes in lamb 7s 10d to 8s sd. fclix hundred and forty two and four-tooth halfbrocl wethers (backward) were withdrawn at 17s, and 423 two and four-tooth crossbred wethers at 16s lid.
