CRICKET.

The annual meeting of the Glenmore Cricket Club was held on the tith instaut, Mr F. H. Labatt presiding. The annual report and balance-sheet, which showed .a credit balance of £4 10s, were adopted. Mr J. Bryan's bat for the highest batting average was gained by Mr Cook. The following wero elected officers for the onßuing year Mt H. Robinson; vice-presidents, Messrs S. Maiming. "W. A. P. Clarkson, J. H. Cooksley. F. H. Lrabatt, J. Bryan, and W. H. Sercombo; club captain, Mr E. Round-; secrotary, Mr G. E. Sollitt; treasurer, Mr J. Brown; delegates to the Suburban Cricket Association, Messrs Brown and Round. A" vote of tlutaks was pqescd to Mr Bryan for his presentation to tire 61 üb. The annual meeting of tho Waddington Cricket Club was held on Saturday, Mr T. Inmes occupying tho chair.. The funds showed a very satisfactory balance. The following officers were elected:—President, Mr F. Bull; vicepresidents, Rev. J. R. Clark, Messrs McMillan,' Colthart, Pole; captain, Mr A. Adams; vice-captain, Mr T. Innos; socretary and treasurer. Mr F. MoCutcheon; delegates to Cricket, Association, Messrs A. Adams and A. H. Roberts. Tlie opening of (the season was fixed,for an early date. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to Mr Bull for putting down the pitch and allowing tho use of hi 6 paddock to tlio olub.
