THE TRADES' DISPUTES BILL. LONDON, April 18. Mr Keir Hardie, the Labour leader, announces that Sir W. Robson, SoHcitorGeneral, will be entrusted with the conduct of the Trades Disputes Bill, because ho is more sympathetic to Trades Union demands than ie Sir Lawson Walton, tho Attorney-General.
