WOMAN SUFFRAGE SUPPORTED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 18th, 11.20 p.m.) LONDON, April 18. The Independent Labour Conference passed a resolution, by & largo majority, in favour of woman suffrage. The conference decided, by 118 votes to 48, to maintain the party's organisation and policy.
