BIBLE CLASS CAMPS.
(SPECIAL TO "TUT. TRESS.") WELLINGTON, April 14. Tho second annual Easter camp of the ■Methodist Young Men's Bfbio Class is being hold at the Hutt Park racecourse. One hmadred a.nd tvvomty young men are present, ropre sent ing ail parts of the colony. All are. delighted with, the arra.ngenieiiitis made for their conifereiices and recreati-an.s. During their time at camp on Good Friday a canvp fiprvicp wais conducted on tho racecourse in the meriting by the Rev. P. W Fairclough, very fine singing being a foaturo of tiie meeting. The afternoon was devoted to a conference dealing with the •topics 'How to Make the Bible Class a Success," a,nd "Adjuncts to the Bible Claw." A very interesting discussion followed. Toe convention of the Young Women's Bible Cla.v; Union being in session in Wesley Church, Wellington, tho young men jointed with them at tea a-s the guests of the young ladies, after which a largely attended meeting was held it> tho church, addressps bei'2jg given by MiVb Hayes and the Revs. C. Porter and H. L. Btamires (the new.'ynppoiirted organising s-eoretary). Hockey and cricket matches occupied the men to-day. (riJESS ASSOCIATION' TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, April 14. Tito Easter camp, under the auspices of the New Zealand Presbyterian Young Men's Bible Class Union, was successfully opened to-day. Over 300 from all parts of the colony are under oanyas at Tnhuna Park, and tho weather is superb. Tho Rev. D. Borrie, Moderator of the Presbyterian General Assembly, welcomed the visiting delegates to Dunedin. The Rev. W. Hewitaon spoke, and other minifiters took part. It was resolved to hold 'next year's camp at Qhristchirrch, the Executive Council meeting in Wellington. Mr C.-S. Mcore, Wellington, wae appointed president, and Mr W. E. Mandon>, Wellington, vice-president.
At tho sports held during th% afternoon tho " champion banner was carried of by St. Peter's (Christchurch) with * a ecore @of 23 paints."ftcslyn being second with 20 poinits. The president's geM medal for tho 880 yards race "was won by the representative of St.. Peter's (Christch.u.rdh), and tho gold medal for t/he 220 vaa-dis evertt by A. Bell, South Dunedin.
