Beet wethers realised 20s to 235. medium to good 10s to lite, iight and unfinished 12s 6d to 15s, bset ewes 14s to 16s 6d, medium 9s to 12s, ulterior 4s to 7s. Fat lambs—l2Go were penned, and despite the large yarding, last week's prices were maintained. Best sold at 16s, extra up to 18s 6d. good 12s to 14s, light and unfinished 8s to 11s.

Tho New Zealand Farmers' Co-opera-tive Association of Canterbury Ltd., in conjunction wilh Messrs Neave and Co., held a satisfactory clearing sale on account ot Mr R. ,C. Dunlop, Southbrcok, on Tuesday, prices ruling as under:— Horses, drausjnt mares to £53, draught geldings to £49, light horses up to £38; cattle, dairy cowb from £4 to £7 ss; pheep. foiir-tcoth Border Leicester ewes at £2 2e. Border Leicester ewe lambs 2Se, four and six-tooth owes 20s 3d, lambs 11s to 15s sd. A large quantity of farm, implements, harness, etc., cold at fair value.
