MORE VIOLENT EXPLOSIONS.
LAVA AGAIN FLOWING
(Received April IMb, 10.22 p.m.) ROME, April 11. Mount Ofctaiano has been destroyed. Rain and sand continue to fall, and the panic is terrible. There is great destitution on all sides. King Emmanuel and Queen Helena have contributed £4000 to tibe relief fund. Further violent explosions and strong disturbances have occurred in the interior of the (mountain, and the lava is again, flowing towards Pompeii. There is a downpour of adhes in the d&bricta surrounding tihe volcano.
