*- (nuus assoc—now i__jwj__s.) AUCKLAND, May 28% lur 0. J. Parr has received a requisition to stand for Auckland West. It wa* signed by 3005 electors, a majSrity of those on the roll. Mr Parr said ha would stand as a straight-out Oppositionist. Much enthusiasm was Bnown by the meeting.
