The sale of work in connection with St. John's, Latimer square, will open ttvday. In the evening there will be a good programme of musio, etc A meeting will be held at the Cave Rock Hotel, Sumndr. on Friday at 8 &m. to form a gun club ha Sumner and sdcliffs. _ * _ Mr Charles Lew3j M.H.R. for Oourtenay, will address his constituents at the Weedon's School to-night, at the Hornby Hall to-morrow evening, and at the Spreydon Hall on Friday. A public ipeeting in connection with the Knox Quadrioentenary will be held in St. Paul's Presbyterian Church tonight at eight o'clock, when addresses will be delivered by the Revs. T. Tait, J. __aoken_ie, and P. Wilson. A concert, for whioh a very attractive programme has been arranged, will take place to-night in the sohoolroom of St. Mary's, Merivale.
