AMBERLEY.
Tbe meeting at Amberley was the largest. ever held tliere, the large school being crowded. A considerable number of ladies voted. The annual report showed a credit balance of £14 14s 6_. Votes of thanks were passed to tlie teaching staff. Considerable discussion took place on the subject of the recent appointment of a pupil teacher. Tlie following Committee were elected:—Messrs W T . B. Scott {Cliairman), R. Stevenson, R. E. Wornall. D. Brown, E. A. Rogers (secretary), W. B. Scott, John Smiuh, J. McLean. The autumn
vacation. of . * week will commence on May 2nd.
