SUMNER.
At Sumner last night Mr Buttle was voted to the chair. _iie Committee's report Mas adopted. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £5 6s sd. The following Mere elected a Committee: — Messrs W. Rollitt, C. Phillips, John Barr, F. Rowall, John Maffey, G. Hines, and Mrs John Maffey. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to the teaching staff for the efficient manner in which they had carried out their duties, and the splendid reports obtained.
