THE NEW MINISTRY AND CHAMBERLAINISM.
LONDON, April 22. The "Daily News" dwells upon the immense significance of the advent of a Labour Ministry to power. The party making capital out of cheap devotion to Mr Chamberlain will be replaced by a Ministry actively disliking Chamberlain ism, and coidly regarding Imperial connection. The "Financial News" believes that tne defeat of the Deakin Government will cause some lifting of shoulders among investors in Australian securities, but perhaps a little comfort may be drawn from the fact that it had the courage to resist labour domination.
