BRISBANE, April 23. Mr Philp, the Leader of the Opposition, saw nothing to regret in the downfall of the Federal Ministry. It never did much for Queensland. The best thing for Australia would be a coalition of Messrs Deakin and Reid, forcing the Labour Party into opposition.
