SUPREME COURT TRIALS.

(rs_33 ASSOCIATION' TEUEGKAM.) WELLING-fON, November 24. At the Supreme Court to-day Robert Ogilvie, charged with an unnatural offence, mid found guilty of indecency, wa* sentenced to five years' imprisonment. Thos. Chasland, a half-caste Maori, found guilty of assault and causing bodily harm to James Wirfc, aged 70, at Martinborough, was remanded for sentence. John Moffitt, for stealing from the person, Was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment, and on a charge of escaping from the Terrace Uaol while in custody awaiting trial, was given six months.
